If Your Order Was Wrong...

E-mail us all the following information and we can fix it pronto:

WHERE? Association name,School name, League name, etc
-
WHAT kind of picture? team, group, etc
-
WHY was it wrong?  wrong pose, wrong package, etc
- Photo ID #.  This is found in the white margin of the picture
- Name on the original order
- Student id ( if a school photo)
- Your name, address, phone number

See if your check has cleared your bank.  This is a good indicator to help us track your
            order and lets us know if we need to start a new order for you.
If we make a mistake,
we'll make it right.

If you think there has been a mistake on your order:

Check with whoever is in charge of your association  (teacher,
yearbook advisor, league president, coach, etc). Many times,
orders are still being distributed and just have not made it to
you yet.

If this does not resolve the problem with your order, please
e-mail us the information below so that we can get your
pictures to you as soon as possible
